This site is run by William Bergh, Stockholm. Questions or requests: william@williambergh.com.
The chat
When you use the chat, I save your message, the reply, the time, and a scrambled code made from your IP address. Your IP address itself is not stored. The code only tells me which messages came from the same visitor. I use this to improve the answers and to spot misuse of the chat; that is my legitimate interest in running it.
How long
After 90 days the code is deleted, and email addresses and phone numbers in the messages are removed. The messages are kept after that without anything linking them to you. I also keep short monthly notes on what people ask, with no personal details.
Who else handles it
Replies are written by Anthropic's Claude AI, which receives your message to answer it. The log is held briefly by Upstash (servers in Frankfurt) and then stored on my own computer. The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps short-lived server logs. Visitor statistics use Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and stores no personal data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what I have about you. Since I don't know who you are, tell me roughly when you used the chat and what you wrote. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
